Each notarized document is billed separately at the legal maximum ($10, or +$25 if the closing is online). The signing service fee covers travel, printing, and coordination, and is not state-regulated.
The prices above apply in most cases. If your situation has something out of the ordinary (a document with multiple signers, distance beyond what's listed, etc.), we'll confirm the exact total before booking.
We never charge more than the legal maximum for the notarial act itself.
Texas sets the standard notarial fee: $10 for an acknowledgment, jurat or sworn certificate, and $1 for each additional signature on the same document. Online notarization may add up to $25, for a maximum of $35 total for the online notarial act. The mobility (travel) fee is a separate business charge, not regulated by the State of Texas, agreed upon before the appointment. We do not offer discounts or promotions on the notarial fee itself.

Why is the travel fee separate?
Texas law regulates only the notarial act. Travel is a business charge for time and distance, always agreed before the appointment.
Are there discounts on the notarial fee?
No. The notarial fee is set by law (Government Code §406.024); any promotion applies only to the travel fee.
How much is an online notarization?
Up to $35 per act: the $10 notarial fee plus up to $25 for the online notarization.
